Within minutes of receiving your job orders, we get to work preparing a number of candidates for review and possible presentation to our clients.

Our Service Offerings Include:
Temporary/Contract Staffing. Arcus provides temporary/contract employees who work on an hourly basis at your facilities to supplement, or support your existing workforce. As part of this service we recruit, screen, and administratively manage these employees throughout the duration of their assignment.
Temporary-to-Direct Staffing.We assign a temporary/contract employee to the customer for a trial period with the expectation that the assignment may lead to a direct position with the customer. As part of this service, we perform all recruiting, screening, and administrative management leading up the transition to direct employment with the customer.
Managed Staffing.Through this innovative market plan and option, Arcus can effectively manage a full solution for the procurement and administration of temporary/contract employees.
Direct Placement Staffing. We identify candidates for direct employment with our customer organizations. As part of this service we recruit, screen and coordinate customer interviews with qualified candidates.
